By participating in the Football Coaching Course U.E.F.A. “A” Advanced (III Level), that took place in Rio Maior (2007), accomplished a degree in Football Coaching Level III recognized by P.F.F. – Portuguese Football Federation, UEFA and FIFA. Concluded the course with: Qualified / Good (16,2 points)

By participating in the Football Coaching Course “FA International Coaching Licence”/ UEFA “B“, that took place in London (2005), accomplished the international football coach licence. This course is recognized by F.A .– Football Association – English Football Federation, UEFA and FIFA

Cabo Verde National Team AA: in preparation for qualifying games for the CAN 2012. Games against Malta ( 2 – 0 ) and against Angola ( 1 – 1 ) took place during the probation period in September 2009.


Varzim Sport Clube: 2nd League (Vitalis) in Portugal 2008/2009.


Varzim Sport Clube: 2nd League (Vitalis) in Portugal 2008 – Winner of the Intercalar Cup / Winner in the final against S.C. Braga 2-1.


Vihren Sandanski: Bulgarian 1st League 2007/2008.


Clube Desportivo dos Olivais e Moscavide: Portuguese 2nd League (Vitalis) 2006/2007.


Clube Desportivo dos Olivais e Moscavide: Assistant Coach 2nd Division in Portugal 2005/2006. ( Upgrade from the 2nd Division to 2nd League );
Title won: Nacional Champions of the 2nd Division.


Serbia Montenegro SUB 21 National Team: Probation with the National Team in the UEFA SUB-21 Europian Championship that took place in Portugal (the Serbia Montenegro National Team reached the semi finals and was thereafter defeated through penalties against the Ucranian National Team).

Nikola Popovic coached (in Olivais e Moscavide Team) Miguel Veloso, Pereirinha, Saleiro and André Marques that currently play in the 1st Team of Sporting Clube de Portugal and the Portuguese National Team, as well as (in Varzim Sport Clube) Yazalde (SC Braga) Ukra (FC Porto) e Candeias (FC Porto);


In the Cabo Verde National Team AA coached Dady (Osassuna), Ricardo (Paços de Ferreira), Lito (Académica), Pelé (WBA - West Bronwich Albion), Nando (Bink Ostrava) and Valdo (Malaga);


In the probation period of the Sub 21 Serbia Montenegro National Team had the opportunity to work with players that currently play in the Serbia National Team A as well as the Montenegro National Team A, for example: Stepanov (FC Porto), Stojkovic (Sporting CP), Vukcevic (Sporting CP), Ivanović (Chelsea Football Club) and Krasić (CSKA Moscovo).
